Spring Peeps Show!

Hospital Clinic--Funniest

The annual Peeps Show, sponsored by the Nell J. Redfield Memorial Hospital as an activity for the residents of the long-term care wing, was on Thursday, April 24. Hospital departments designed artful pieces that featured the popular Easter candy, Peeps.

This year the bouquet of flowers and Peeps, created by Kitchen, Dietary, and Housekeeping, was voted “Best in Show” by the residents.  Radiology’s “Wack-a-Mole – Bunnies v. Chicks” earned the designation “Most Use of Peeps.” The Hospital Clinic’s diorama of the long-delayed Bannock Street project was named “Funniest.” “Peeps Round-Up” by Acute Care was “Residents’ Choice.” “Peep-Haw” by Activities was deemed “Most Creative.”

“Honorable Mention” was awarded to Pharmacy’s Peeps foosball game, Surgery’s display of very large Peeps, and Human Resources’ “Operation Rescue.”

The Peeps creations were on display throughout the day for residents and visitors to enjoy.
