Long time resident of Malad, Bertha Hess, will be celebrating her 99th birthday on January 8, 2024. She now resides at Maple Springs Assisted Living Center in Brigham City, Utah. She is married to the late Melvin Hess, who passed away on December 4, 2003. They are the parents of Cheryle (Wayne) Shepherd, Wendy (Ed) Jones, Ronda (Jared) Crowther, and Brad (Wendy) Hess. We, as her family, want her to know what an amazing lady she is to us as a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and now great great grandmother. She has been a shining example to all of us.
