The Oneida Recreation summer programs, which included the Little League Baseball program and the Softball programs, have concluded their 2022 summer season. The teams played two times a week through the month of June. Baseball games were held at the Malad City Park Tuesday and Thursday with softball games at Harding Field behind Malad Elementary on Monday and Wednesday nights.

The softball program was under the direction of Justice Servoss Esplin. The boys program was under the direction of Jason Gugelman. All teams were coached by volunteer coaches who donated many hours to helping the young players improve. The Oneida Recreation program appreciates those coaches for the time they gave to the players during the season to help the program.

The program will conclude for the summer with the 64th annual Malad Little League Tournament this weekend. It will be an exciting weekend of baseball.

Next up for Oneida Recreation will be soccer season. Watch for information as the start of school approaches.
