Rough Stock Band to play at Firemen’s Ball Saturday, December 8

December 5, 2012

The 91st annual Firemen’s Ball will be held this Saturday, December 8, at the American Legion Building in Malad from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Put on your dancing shoes and be ready to dance to the music of the Rough Stock Band! If you don’t like to dance, maybe you would just like to sit and listen to this well-loved country band led by Harry Sherman. Popular throughout the area, Rough Stock is known for their high-energy country music.
During the evening the firemen will raffle an Ashley recliner. Tickets for the recliner can be purchased from Thomas Market, Hess Lumber or any Malad fireman. At the same time, plan to enter a raffle for a rifle! Throughout the evening door prizes will be awarded. #46 me’s partner. Proceeds from the dance and the raffle drawings help provide funds for the department.
For an enjoyable evening of local fun, plan to attend the Firemen’s Ball and help to honor our dedicated local firemen. All local firemen are volunteers and our community is lucky to have such a committed group of men who perform a great service to our city and county.
