Boy Scout Troop 1776 camped overnight at the Malad Summit Forest Service cabin on December 1-2.

Each Scout was able to retire a worn U.S. Flag in a special retirement ceremony. Other activities included a GPS course to locations of an 1870's water powered saw mill and a 1906 Mill Creek Power Plant.  The boys also identified different wild animal tracks and spent some time snow sledding.  Tyker Hamilton won the snow shoe race.  A Great Time was had by all Scouts.
