The main purpose of the Oneida Education Foundation is to assist teachers in their classroom and curriculum endeavors. The OEF awards grants to teachers at all four brick-and-mortar schools in Oneida School District to benefit students.  Last year the OEF awarded over $8000 in grants to teachers. 

This year the OEF has already awarded 15 grants to teachers at all four schools.  One of those was to the 6th grade teachers in Malad Middle School. This grant was to encourage students through the Reading and Math iReady program, which helps students improve their math and reading skills. The students showed their thanks to the OEF.
